About Me
Alterations by Christy started as a home based business in 1992. It allowed me to be able to stay at home with my children until they became of school age. I started a pickup and delivery service for several local dry cleaners in Union County before expanding my business to formal wear through bridal shops in the area. I've continued to do primarily bridal and formal wear, however I do alter business and casual wear as well. There is a great need for an alteration shop that specializes in formal wear, as many brides are now buying their dresses over the Internet through eBay or second hand and even out of town.
